• Passports / ePassports – Milspeed offers a wide range of material and polymer solutions to the Passport industry. Over many years our manufacturing expertise has been at the forefront of driving innovative solutions for the manufacture of Passports. Our production technology encompasses a broad spectrum of Passport manufacturing solutions and is being implemented in both the Security and Protection of the Data page as well as has the assembly of the contactless ePassport “in-cover” solutions.

• National ID Cards – Milspeed’s manufacturing facility has developed, built and supplied solutions to the National ID Card market for many decades. Our innovative approach to the manufacture of Secure ID cards; be it the combination of materials & polymers, Milspeed manufacturing, has driven innovation & product development to the Security Industry.

• Driving Licences – Offering product solutions for both centralised and de-centralised DL Issuance, Milspeed manufacturing has been the partner of choice to DL System-Integrators for years. Working with multiple material technologies and a diverse catalogue of polymers and adhesives, we have been providing innovative solutions to the DL market. Our material offering includes; Polycarbonate, PET, Toll-coating Holographic PET, PETg, PVC, etc.

• Voter Registration, Visas – Milspeed’s range of thermal films offers a comprehensive solution to our customers for the manufacture of Voter Registrations Cards and Visas. By having the ability to not only coat a vast of array of substrates, but also a comprehensive range of gauges, we are able to build the film to best meet your exact requirements.While our standard range of films are predominately PET based, we are also able to coat a range of others, including; PVC, laser engravable PVC, polycarbonate and laser engravable Polycarbonate, etc.Therefore, ensuring we manufacture a Security film that will not only meet your demanding performance & security requirements, but also meet the constant constraints on offering a cost effective solution.

Our production team has many years of experience and expertise in contract coating and finishing both “high” value as well as Security and specialty films. At our secure facility we are able to offer an extremely flexible coating and finishing service.

• Dedicated Pouching – In addition to our toll-coating and slitting service, we are also able to offer a dedicated pouch production service.This service is designed to help, support and facilitate our partner system-integrators; managing “peaks” in your production or by offering an additional specialist finishing capabilities. The service is designed to deliver an exceptionally flexible service, offering; high-speed production, low-cost set-up & tooling by using the latest highly accurate “mag-wrap” die system. Situated within our existing secure facility, but with it’s own separate secure production & storage area, our pouching service is designed to enhance a unique dedicated service.
